Hunt Gather Raw Pub

Got here about 1/2 hour after they opened. The tables were already full. The hostess said we could wait for 45 mins for a table or sit at the bar. To the bar! David was our bartender/server. He was knowledgeable of the menu, and gave recommendations. For the entrees, we already knew what we wanted, but we were deciding between the appetizers/small plates. David recommended the Bone Marrow Canoe. The only bone marrow I've actually had before was from the bone of a chicken (from chewing). We ended up getting the Bone Marrow Canoe, and David recommended taking out all the marrow and mixing it together. Really enjoyed it. The horseradish has a nice little kick. For the entrees we got the Rack of Elk and the Bison Ribeye. Both were really good. The Rack of Elk was really tender (ordered medium), and not gamey at all. Reminded me a bit of filet mignon. The Bison Ribeye was good as well (ordered medium rare). The Bison reminded me of a New York Strip. Between the Elk and the Bison, I would definitely choose the Elk as the better of the two. Personal choice. I would definitely get the Bone Marrow Canoe again. Will have to come back to try more items on the menu. Nice atmosphere and very good service.

The food is delicious; I highly recommend the Elk Burger. The owner greeted us at the door and stopped by our table to check on us both times we dined here. We had a large group of clients, so we called ahead and rented their private room $200 fee). It worked out well; we had our own waiter for the evening. They have a good selection of beer and wine but they don't have cocktails. Overall a very good experience.

My second time visiting this place and we were wowed yet again. Outstanding food, top notch service and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. Jameson was awesome and gave us world class service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely one of my most favorite places in PCB and the 30A. Owners and the team is amazing. a seat at the bar and enjoying there scallops and seasonal dishes! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our meal was awesome and the Biscoff Mousse Brownie was to die for!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
