It's truly disheartening when a beloved restaurant begins to decline. We've been patrons of Huss since it first opened, enjoying a couple of beers and a bite to eat. However, our recent visits have left much to be desired, and tonight might be our final one. Although they were busy, the staff was clearly short-handed, with employees from the lunch shift occupying bar seats and watching the lone server struggle to manage a fully booked dining area. Shouldn't the bar be reserved for paying customers? We even saw some people leave in frustration. To top it off, they’ve reduced the menu yet again. Please bring back the brisket sandwich! It might be time for us to find a new place.
Another wonderful Yelp Elite event this time at The Huss Brewery Uptown Plaza Taproom Kitchen .Tucked away in the corner, they offer a wide variety of hand crafted local beers and modern American brewery pub fare. We enjoyed a Huss Papago beer flight and a pint of Rio Salado Mexican Lager. We also got to try a chicken pesto flatbread and a Cubano panini. Both were great! They have happy hour specials, a patio, and a pretty fun vibe. Please support them.
This is a great little happy hour spot right in uptown Phoenix. The plaza Huss is located in has tons of food options, too, so one great thing you can do is enjoy a beer and appetizer here, then pick from a number of other solid spots for a full meal. We chose Chula Seafood right after a beer and some tasty tortilla chips (their salsa was great). Stop in and enjoy the suds—Koffee Kolsch is my personal recommendation.
This is a great little tap room tucked away in the corner of Central and Camelback. $7 pitchers are a steal here on happy hour and the service is always very solid. Not a huge menu of food, but they do a lot of the basics rights such as the pretzel and sausage board. Overall a very solid taproom choice for Central and North Central Phoenix. First time here and just popped in for a quick beer. Such a nice location that isn't overwhelming for the area. Lots of open space and the menu is spot on. Tons of beer on tap and next time I'm in the area the food looks to be a must try. Excited I was able to pop in on a Tuesday afternoon. Great service from the bartender as well as she was very helpful and friendly.
I've eaten food all over the world but the Prosciutto Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers ranked up there with the best I've ever experienced. The service was awesome from Brad at the bar all the way thru the entire dining experience.The corn meal fried walleye was equally good. I could do this meal every week for the rest of the decade and never get bored.
My all-time favorite brewery! We really enjoy this cozy place, especially when it's cooler outside and we can sit on the patio. We've brought our dogs here, and the staff is always welcoming! My favorite drink is the Koffee Kolsch, while my fiancé loves the Coconut Joe. They also have a nice selection of games, which we always enjoy!
Stopped by while my wife was having a spa day. I ordered a flight of beer and and a pretzel and sausage. The service was great, the ambience was laidback with a great beer selection. If your in the area and looking to try some new beers and food food highly recommend on stopping by

Fantastic beer selection. Best pretzel we've ever had. Sandwich (Cuban) Fig/Prosciutto Flatbread were superb. Service/Ambiance fun and relaxed. Dog friendly.
