Hy-vee Grocery Store

LONG WAIT for pick up order. It would have been faster to go in and shop. I notified my arrival on the App but then waited for 25 minutes outside. I then went inside to pick up order at the desk but was told to go back to my car to wait. I then waited another 15 minutes until an employee came out to ask me my name. Then I was told my order wasn't even ready. I would have left but I already paid. So frustrating.Never again. Hy Vee should take notes from Target and Aldi because their pick up process is horrible. Maybe they were short staffed today but never again.

Did grocery pickup. I did the txt and the notice I was there. No one came out! I called, only to be told they were busy, so I told them my order number and what spot I was in. 15 minutes later I called again, they said they sorry and would have someone come out right away. 10 minutes later someone came over and helped me out, sorry I did not see you in spot 2 of a 5 spot parking space. Please step up your service, this is why I stopped going there before!

Honestly, Hy-Vee has higher prices than other supermarkets I've been at. There's a lot of workers, and it's very organized and clean and offers more options and more everything than say Cub though. I only stopped in because it's right next to the Tesla Supercharger.

Really clean, good selection. They have a pharmacy and Allina clinic on site. While I hate Allina, it is convenient for a lot of people. The pharmacy here provides COVID and flu vaccines without super long waits for appointments.

Best grocery store ever. Has restaurant in the inside and a bar. They do not sell black and mile but very cheap and convenient.
