Generally, when I write reviews, I aim to be as positive and constructive as possible. Having eaten here last night, I can’t mention any positives here. Whenever, I eat Indian food, I expect fragrant smells from the chicken tandoori and aromatic curries that are packed full of intense flavours that make you want to eat more and more. It really was disappointing and distasteful.To begin with, the chicken tandoori was bland. Honestly, I am not exaggerating here but it was plain and boring. They had the colouring right but I could not taste any tandoori flavours. I doubt at all if it was even seasoned. Chefs, please take this as constructive feedback and marinate your chicken overnight and tast...
In general, I strive to write positive and constructive reviews. However, after dining at this restaurant last night, I cannot find any positives to mention. When I dine on Indian cuisine, I expect the fragrant aromas of chicken tandoori and flavorful curries that make you want to keep eating. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and unappetizing. The chicken tandoori lacked flavor and was bland. The color was right, but the tandoori seasoning was missing. The lamb qorma (or korma) was watery and lacked flavor, with chewy and gristly pieces of meat. The garlic naan was okay, but could have been cooked longer for a better texture. Overall, the food was subpar and I cannot find any...
When we opened our food, we were disappointed. The portions were mostly rice with very little meat or vegetables. The chicken biryani only had one small piece of chicken, and the vegetarian biryani had a small mix of potatoes, peas, and string beans that seemed to come from a frozen vegetable bag. We also found unknown scraps of vegetables or spices in our food, and the raita, which is supposed to cool down spicy dishes, had extremely hot chilies in it. The naan was doughy and tough to chew. Overall, our meal was awful and completely inedible. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
I recently discovered this small restaurant that serves authentic Hyderabad biryani and I am so happy about it. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant is a bit small for larger groups, but I have never been disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. I have ordered in bulk for groups of 20 or more on multiple occasions and everyone has loved it. The biryani is particularly amazing and this place is the best at serving such tasty biryani. Authentic Hyderabad briyani .... so glad to have found this small place ... tasty food at nominal prices .. the place is a bit small to dine in if you are going in a large group.Never disappointed with the quality and quantity of their food. I've ordered in bulk for 20+ people on numerous occasions and everyone loved it .. love the briyani , it's is the best place that serves such tasty briyani ..
