I was here in 2016 and was so impressed with the waiters, from seating me, to refilling the waters, to serving the dinner! They followed all the proper protocols. But when I came again this last Wednesday Dec. 27, 2023, I was very sad to see the quality of proper serving go downhill. There was tons of reaching over people's plates, spilling or splattering the water, servers arm right across my face, etc. Not to mention, we had to fan down our female waitress to order desert as she never came to ask!
