Hyuga - Réservation de table

First of all, we went after making a reservation, which was definitely a good idea, the place was already pretty full right when it opened. They offer a nice variety of Japanese dishes. Not an overwhelming amount, but still a solid selection with enough options to choose from. Of course, they had classic sushi, but the sushi was quite expensive. While the quality looked exceptional and probably worth it for some, I personally wasn’t ready to pay that much for such small portions. Instead, I went for some other dishes, and they turned out to be amazing. Best sashimi I’ve had outside of Japan. We had other fishes as well and they were all very delicious. Service was fantastic and very accommodating. I hope to visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €60–70
