Went to I NY pizza in Jasper today for our weekly trip. Ordered the pizza we wanted. When it came out the waiter leaned over and her hair was in the pizza as she bent over to put it on the table. Well, I pointed it out to her and she said “do you want it?”, to which I replied, “not after your hair has been in it. So she took it back to the kitchen and the (I guess it was the lady manager) came out and ask if we still wanted the pizza we ordered and said that she would remake it. I expressed concern that they would bring the same pizza back out. She said I promise you it won’t be the same pizza. About 10 minutes later she brought a pizza out, and I know she had not had time to remake a pizza...
Placed an order for a pizza some wings and a salad. Never arrived. After waiting 2 hrs and calling the delivery service I called. They told me they don’t deliver even though it’s clearly an option on the website. Can’t rate the food or the atmosphere because it never arrived. I was told it’s because they don’t have a tablet. If that’s true someone needs to let them know it’s 2024. Service: Delivery
Ordered a Greek salad. They cut the pieces so large you have to cut up your salad. Pieces are as big or bigger than your hand. Ruined my shirt due to the oil, told waitress and no response. Time before this a bug was in the parmesean shaker. Gave it another try. Done now. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Even though we were the first people in, we had a great time. Each pizza was a custom order and came out correctly on perfectly crunchy pizza bases. From sitting to eating in 20 minutes. Great experience Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
