Summary: Food okay, slow service and don't trust the waiter, and check your credit card bill. The food is good, but as many reviewers said, the service seems to lack an acceptable standard. Took a little while before we got the waiter to return to take our order. We then waited a while again for the food. The food was okay. One plate an appetizer of cheese, sausage, and meat. The problem is, he did not serve us the bread which is important for this dish. It took him a while to get us one bread and he said they are baking a new batch and will give us more. There can be 5 people behind the bar and none acknowledge the customers. You just feel the pain, agony, and utter anger of all the customers around you, like you, desperately trying to order food and drinks. The staff is extremely busy talking with each other and doing everything except attending to customers. The customer conversation around the bar with strangers is how frustrating and horrible the service is. If you do get their attention it's an obvious inconvenience attitude. I'm fairly certain the bartender hates life...and people... and life. Food is okay, bread is awesome.
Je suis allé déjeuner ce midi chez Guy Martin, je me suis régalé avec mon burger et ma femme et mes enfants avec une taglierini au gorgonzola, le service était au top !!! Malgré tous le professionnalisme et là gentillesse de l’équipe, notre repas a été gâché du au froid polaire qu’il règne dans cet établissement. Je tire mon chapeau au personnel qui malgré ces conditions de travail se plie en quatre pour nous satisfaire.
