Upon entering this charming little ice cream shop, you're immediately struck by its lovely decor and inviting atmosphere. The wonderful staff greets you warmly, and when I ordered my ice cream, Chelsey truly made the experience special. She rolled my ice cream with such care and even added a "Happy Birthday" message for my friend. Chelsey is not only talented but also incredibly friendly—I'd gladly return just to witness her magical skills again! Every flavor I tried was absolutely delicious, and it's so enjoyable to watch them prepare the ice cream. They always add a personal touch during each visit. If I could give more stars, I definitely would. So delicious! We love you, Chelsey!
Went there last night, first time last time going there. No one was in the front took them 15 minutes to come outside. Two employees came outside didn't even acknowledge we were there lol smh. Just came out like robots one of them proceeded to make our ice cream, while the other one was on his phone they took another 10 minutes to make them because they were just talking the entire time. Service was horrible obviously their ice cream was ok at best lol definitely NOT worth the price. Don't waste your time/money coming to this place.
I've sampled their rocky road, s'mores, horchata, and taro flavors, and of course, my favorite is the rocky road. It's a fun experience to watch how they mix and shape the liquid cream on a cold slab before rolling it up and neatly placing it in a cup. When you select one of the Chef's Specials, the toppings are already determined. Otherwise, you can customize your creation by choosing your desired base flavor and any toppings you like.

The rolled ice cream was alright, but it cost $8, which seems a bit much. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean, but overall, I don't think it's worth the price. There are plenty of other places where you could get more for your $8. I'm giving this a 3-star rating because, while it was decent, the staff were really nice.
Was looking for something different and it looked interesting. This places spreads the ice cream and whatever toppings you pick over a cold stone and rolls it into shape. It's a bit different but nothing really special. At $8 per cut, it's not a good value essentially it's a scoop of mediocre ice cream. Probably wouldn't return.
These last 4 times I 've been, I was told the store was closed even though it wasn 't closing time (half an hour before they closed . Super annoying because if the workers will not be serving after 9:30, then don 't say you close at 10. Scoop Street is much more welcoming and they serve until actual closing time!
The ice cream was incredibly hard and did not represent rolled ice cream well at all. One staff member simply retreated to the back and didn't speak a word. In fact, the staff member displayed passive-aggressive behavior by slamming the door on the way out. Overall, I found it to be overpriced and rather strange.

Terrible customer service! It was obvious that the employee didn't want to serve my family and me. I wish I had gotten his name because he was incredibly rude. We decided to leave because of his unpleasant attitude.
Tried calling multiple times and they don't answer, call goes straight to voicemail like someone's personal cell phone
