Ice Garden - Réservation de table

I DREAM of Ice Garden! Like literally. I have had dreams of it lol. It is one of my absolute FAVORITE places to go. I no longer live on Oʻahu and live on the Big Island again. And I miss it sooo much! But, there is nothing like it here.. or anywhere. Heyyyy owners, open one up on Big Island! Haha. My favorite is the one with the taro. And I've tried other flavors; but I will keep coming back to the taro! It's soooooo good!!!! Any chance I get when I am there I will go! It's the perfect thing to have on any hot day; or ANY day. And the place has been around for so long. It's basically a tradition in families to go to Ice Garden. I hope they will remain open for generations to come.

Ice Garden remains my favorite spot for shave ice on the island. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Originally, it was run by two sisters, but now their nephew manages the place. The prices have increased quite a bit, but I still stick to my favorites: either the #5 shave ice with taro milk and mochi balls, or the #6 shave ice with taro milk and ice cream, always topped off with flan. Keep in mind, Ice Garden only accepts cash. The weekend lines can get outrageous, so it's best to visit on a weekday.

Though the dish may look great for an Instagram or Yelp photo, its flavor and texture are disappointing. I won't be coming back. Furthermore, while there is parking available, the seating is inadequate. There are a few outdoor tables near the escalator down to Times grocery, but most of them are in direct sunlight with little shade.

I really enjoy their shave ice! They offer a wide variety of options and flavors. The prices are reasonable, but the only downside is the wait time. I visited on a Sunday, and the line was quite long; it seemed like they only had two employees working. However, it was definitely worth the wait! Réservez une table maintenant

The quality of ice was excellent. Ube ice cream was delish (but lowkey expensive for that little scoop). Melona flavor was bussss, lychee was good, but honestly it had a artificial lychee flavor. Their other flavors are yummy too.

So yummy!!!! We got the lychee and malona flavors with a scoop of ube ice cream and mochi balls. It was tasty, refreshing, not too big for 2 people, and great ice texture.

I paid $4.71 for two flavors and while I wasn't a fan of the wooden spoon or the paper bowl that became soggy, the food was delicious overall.

The Halo Halo was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely try it again when I'm in the area. Réservez une table maintenant
