We waited about 20 minutes for a table for 2 on a weeknight. The place was small and doesn't seat many people at once, but it didn't feel cramped at all. It made the atmosphere more cozy. The decor is unique and adds character to the restaurant. The staff were super friendly and even joked with us. Just to give you an idea of the price point and how much to order, we ordered a large sashimi platter (which wasn't that large but I'm comparing that to Canada), 2 types of maki, 1 appetizer, 1 order of nigiri and 2 drinks. Our bill was just over $100. I would definitely come back here!
Placed an order over the phone for pick up but waited 40 minutes after the set pick up time to receive the order. There was no notification of any delay when we arrived to collect the food. After waiting for half an hour we queried the delay and were told that it was due to a large order being placed AFTER our order.
We had the 119 roll and Wagyu don, and both were average. They tasted good enough, but not the kind of good we would come back for, especially not for the prices. Each dish was about 20$. The wagyu was surprisingly tough - I've had more tender pieces of non-wagyu beef. Great service, though!
