We have been regular customers of Ichiban sushi for 5 years. Sometimes takeout orders weren 't perfect, but we kept quiet. Once again, a Tuna Tataki was in our order and the fish was smelly , not fresh. We called the Ichiban and said that we got a spoiled and extremely stinking, not fresh fish. A chef couldn 't help but notice that the fish smelled , which meant he prepared the order (with smelly tuna) intentionally. A manager had proved to us for a long time that we were wrong, that we didn 't understand anything about fish and that everything was fresh. As a result, we had severe diarrhea that night. Honestly, I use to love getting sushi from this place. I never really had an issue, but I got a few rolls and it gave me THE WORST food poisoning I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if the fish was bad or contaminated but I will never get sushi from here again in my LIFE. I’ve eaten sushi very often for years and never ever had this problem and now I won’t eat sushi anymore at all because I’m too nervous. Definitely ruined one of my favorite foods for me and it makes me super sad. I hope I’m the only one who had this issue because that messed me up for days.
Absolutely fantastic food! The sushi was incredible, boasting the freshest taste I've experienced in any sushi restaurant in the state. The staff was extremely friendly; even though they were busy when I walked in to pick up my takeout order, they managed everything with patience and kindness, ensuring that all orders were accurate. The presentation was excellent, and the taste was delightful. I ordered a Spicy Salmon roll and two pieces of Tuna sashimi, and both were delicious!
Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! Everything was incredibly delicious. The pork gyoza was the best I’ve ever had, without a doubt. Honestly, every dish we tried was fantastic. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, which was bursting with flavor, and my fiancé had the hibachi chicken, which was delightful. He even shared some noodles with me, and I couldn’t get enough of them. The sushi was also fresh and tasted amazing. We will definitely be returning!

Very welcoming, bright atmosphere and good prices. The miso soup was a bit watery, but the pork tonkatsu was delicious, the vegetable tempura was light and tasty and the Titanic roll was somehow… I don’t know how to put it but squishy in an unexpected way? That being said would definitely come back and try some other rolls. Our waitress was really sweet and we had a nice early Valentine’s Day date
Incredible place for high-quality and delicious Japanese-style food. While the restaurant itself may not be particularly stylish or cozy, they more than make up for it with their exceptional food quality and taste. My family always orders takeout from here whenever we're in the mood for Asian or Japanese cuisine. Great job, Ichiban Team!
Always delicious sushi! We’ve ordered takeout pickup from Ichiban 3 or 4 times at this point and it’s always consistently great. They follow closely the special instructions if you add any to your online orders and the food is always ready by when they say it will be. The prices are fair as well! We’ll continue ordering from Ichiban!
This is my favorite sushi place around. We order takeout at least twice a month. The seaweed salad is really good as well as the special rolls. I ordered the sushi sandwich and it was delicious. The sushi is always fresh and it gets delivered pretty quick.

A small sushi place with excellent food and prompt, polite service. Clean, nicely decorated. Sashimi was excellent, smooth and flavorful. The special rolls were delicious. Would definitely stop here again!
