My wife and I absolutely adore this restaurant! We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for a personal reason. I enjoy pairing sake with my sushi, and I feel that their sake options could be improved. However, this minor issue won't stop us from coming back. The sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious. The hot towels provided when you first sit down are a nice touch. We particularly love the sushi for two option - it's the perfect amount of sushi and chef's rolls. Keep up the fantastic work!
Service client exceptionnel et sushi de haute qualité. Si je pouvais emménager dans la salle à manger, je vendrais ma maison aujourd'hui. Il y a eu des moments dans ma vie où j'ai eu des sushis et j'ai eu l'impression de manger un projet artistique ... et ces moments-là ont été ici à Ichiban et dans l'ouest à Seattle, WA! The food here is good. We've recommended it to friends in the past. But we had a recent HORRIBLE experience there. The young female server/manager hovers over all of the servers. She has a nasty disposition toward customers if they ask/state anything they want changed or don't like. Read through the Yelp Open Tabe Reviews and comb through comments about this one manager. It's really unfortunate that she is the face of this place.
Excellent food and fast service. We decided to go on a date night with the little one and I had a taste for sushi so this was a nice option based on reviews. I enjoyed the food and would definitely return. Réservez une table maintenant
