I love comming to get my freshly made sushi. its always amazing serves of fresh food. but lately they just aren't reliable. the open and shut whenever they feel like it. I came to take my family here the other day and the man said they were shut at 4pm and were suppose to be open until 8! you should be embarrassed by the way you conduct yourselves. I know I was. and today my partner drove to get me some sushi after work and they were completely closed yet again they are supposed to be open from 11-5! its becoming really ridiculous how unreliable you are to your business. seriously sad because besides that I always choose to come to your for your fresh food. so disappointed. seriously need to...

To be honest, I wish there was one way to give 2 separate reviews. the cooked eating is fantastic and deserves at least 4 stars imo. it is the resistance in the service that Ichiban at woodcroft really lets down. one of the biggest disappointments with this otherwise great small restaurant is like one of the previous reviewers of the "missing chef" during peak times. I have been here several times during the midday (12pm 2pm) and the cook is not there, so I am not able to order cooked food. the only offers are prepared sushi and dimsims. Please take their menu characters down or put them a kind of communication when the chef is from the website. And if they really want to have better reviews...

I have been coming for years and wonder how long this has been happening!Today I bought my family sushi for a lunchtime treat which I have done many times over the years. And I asked for wasabi which I understand cost extra, when watching her do the register I queried the 40 cents she’s added into the tally. She answered for wasabi and I said yes I only want 1, which she then looked where she had only put one into the container, no apology nothing, continued as normal calculating. Put them all through gave me the total then she said receipt which I replied yes and she just saw the approved ok Thankyou and turned and went back to what she was doing, no receipt, no apology! I wouldn't give a star if I could. three times in the past, I have eaten there between midday and 1. lunchtime. they can't cook because there's apparently no cook. they should take the menu down if they cannot cook. rubbing device. Réservez une table maintenant

Service was friendly, I had the vegie combo as it was the only vegetarian sushi that contained no mayonnaise. It was good, typical to this type of supermarket sushi shop it was also cheap, lunch for under $5 who can complain?

GET A COOK WHO WILL WORK TO OPEN HOURS OR PUT A SIGN UP TO SAY WHEN FOOD IS AVAILABLE AND MAKE SURE IT IS . ITS SUCH A SHAME CAUSE THE FOOD IS GOOD ALTHOUGH SLOW SERVICE
