I placed a takeout order over the phone. While placing the order, the young lady asked me to repeat my order more than once. When I went in to pick up my order, I asked to see the receipt to make sure my order was correct BEFORE I paid. It was not. I told the young lady at the register that it was incorrect. She was the person who took my order over the phone. She insisted that I had made a mistake in ordering. As of June 29, 2024, I can confidently say that these folks take their business seriously and truly appreciate the time their customers invest. Every takeout order I've placed has been spot on, and I rarely have to wait when I pick it up. The food is always hot and fresh, and they never fail to accommodate any special requests I make.
I'm really grateful that Ichiban is here; it's a bit off the main road, but they seem to thrive regardless, which is a testament to their service and quality. You definitely won't be disappointed—I highly recommend it. The value for your money is excellent!
I've been a customer at this restaurant since 2003, but I've noticed they've become quite stingy and unwelcoming. Today, I ordered $60 worth of sushi and requested just one serving of spicy mayo, not two. The unfriendly staff member told me it would cost an additional $1. I politely pointed out that I had just spent $60 on my meal. She then asked if I still wanted it. I decided not to take it. It's just absurd. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. If anyone has recommendations for good sushi places, please let me know. Take care!
While not as fresh as the west cost, the food was still delicious. We had multiple sushi dishes and a chicken dish, but everything was on point. However, the presentation of one dish was different with a full filleted fish, which I've never gotten before. As for the general tsos chicken, it came out very fresh/ hot. So much in fact that it was still hot when we got it home. Overall, my favorite dish was the vegas roll. Will be back!

The food was tasty, the service was friendly and timely, though communication was a bit of a struggle. Seating was cramped and tight. 18% gratuity is automatically added. Parking: Location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking
Great lunch special. I ended up learning about this place bc my job gets food for the staff on Saturdays. I’ve had the beef broccoli and the general tsos and they’re both solid.
A co-worker told me to try this spot a few months ago I'm happy I did. Good food. I had the coconut fried rice with shrimp. Delicious combination!
Quiet bar pricey and tips I think is mandatory 18 percent. Drinks are good extra 2 dollars to make thin extra good

It was a bit pricey, but the sushi was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed the decor of the restaurant as well.
