Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers a peculiar atmosphere that grows on you as time passes. The quirky charm might catch you off guard initially, but soon you find yourself immersed in its unique ambiance. The culinary experience, however, is a bit of a mixed bag. This is one of the best oyakodon dishes I've tried in the city. The service was excellent, and the club-like ambiance added to the experience. The space features high ceilings, creating a lovely environment. Although the drink selection is somewhat limited, that's not the main reason for my visit. The food menu is quite extensive. I'm looking forward to returning to try the chicken katsu don (as seen in the picture). I just wish I had enough appetite to sample the ikageso age as well. I'll definitely be back!

Came here one weekend for lunch. The vibe was very good and we were quite surprised how quiet this is, partly because this place is so hard to notice and the sign of this restaurant is way too obscure (even with the help of the Google map). The inside was actually kinda cool, if you rearrange the set up it could easily be a little lounge and night club. Food wise it's very good.

The Japanese curry was delightful, and the pork dumplings were just as tasty. It appears they've recently renovated the place; although the color scheme is quite dark, it gives off a fresh and modern vibe. The service was attentive, prompt, and friendly. The Teriyaki Chicken was delicious, but the portion size didn't justify the price. After tax, it came to nearly $20, while the amount served felt more like it was worth about $7.

The karaage appetizer was mostly fatty dark meat. The dipping sauce was an extra $3.30 for just 2 ounces. The udon was mediocre at best. Overall, it didn't seem worth the price.

Generous portions and fantastic food! The potato salad was delicious, and the tonkatsu was delightful. The packaging was excellent as well.
