The service was okay at first but the waitress looked as if she wanted us to leave already. We hadn 't even been inside for an hour. She came over and asked if everything was okay and we said yes and then asked if we wanted to go boxes which we responded no to and she proceeds to take ALL of our food away and stack the plates on top of each other THEN asks if we were done. We said yeah after all the plates being stacked because who would want to eat the food after that? Then we were enjoying our drinks and she came with the check and we paid in card and left $0 on the tip line because we were going to leave the tip in cash. I have been a loyal customer of Ichiro's for years, but like many others, I have been getting take-out since the start of COVID. Unfortunately, my recent experience on Mother's Day was very disappointing. The Gyoza Pork was completely burned, the maki rolls did not taste fresh, and the pork in the Tokyo Ramen Soup was dry. Additionally, there were no chopsticks, napkins, or soy sauce included with the delivery. When I called the restaurant to address these issues, the person on the phone only offered an apology and said they were not authorized to provide a credit for the burned Gyoza Pork. Came in around 9 pm on a reservation the host/ manager immediately informed me the kitchen closes in 10 mins and was very hasty … after placing my order the my steak arrived cold as well as the order being incorrect due to the staff rushing they refused to correct my order and instead offered me a a gift card for me next visit .. they completely ruined my experience I will not be returning back to this establishment

Good is good but they charge 1 for any extra sauce you get with your meal. They are overpriced for extra sauce. Makes me want to buy my own from the super market. SMH. I've been going to them for a while now and every time I go the prices go up. The man at the front is usually nice.
We have walked by Ichiro’s on many occasions and this evening we ordered an exceptional dinner using their online feature on their website. Everything from the miso soup to our appetizers, salads and main course arrived earlier than promised and everything was hot snd delicious!
My favorite sushi spot in White Plains.Their cocktail menu is ok, love the sake and the wines.Food always tastes fresh and is very well presented.The staff is friendly and helpful. We'll definitely visit again.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The sushi was great and the duck was amazing. The bar seating was nice and I've both dined in and had delivery, and it's always been a positive experience.

The food is really delicious. They have a great variety of sushi rolls at reasonable prices. The interior is pleasant and stylish. The staff is friendly and not too judgmental.
Easily the best sushi place in White Plains and Happy hour everyday. Staff is awesome the food is amazing must try.
