"Very busy location, first time here because Norwalk location is being renovated. Came on a Sunday around 10, waited 40 min to get a table. Employees were nice and attentive. Food was ok, my daughter said crepes did not taste good."

Never again will I go here for this IHOP location. I came in with my family around 4pm as kids eat free. Once we came inside there was nobody eating and we were the first customers to dine. Waitress came and attended us. We showed her the minions promo on our phones and order for the kids (she never brought up any offers for kids eat free or minions promo) once we were done and ask for our check. They charged us for everything including the kids food. Once spoke with the manager, she kept saying that waitress did Not see our kids as she wouldn 't know if the kids eat for free time as she 's busy with only 3 separate customers I guess it 's ALOT of work to deal with. Also. Their promo for minions is NOT part of the kids meal so it wouldn 't be part of the free meal for kids. Why advertise this for kids when it 's not free. Yet again manager still defended her staff and she is very aware of the promo and kids eat free reality is.. she failed failed those 2.
My Husband wanted pancakes at 2am so IHOP it was. We were greeted by a gentleman who was Cleaning tables and doubling as Host. He was the most polite, courteous and professional worker I've ever encountered at any IHOP. We sat down and it seemed to take a little while for us to be greeted and my Husband became a little impatient but once our waitress came, it was well worth the wait. She was patient, poised and also very polite. She made my Husband the perfect cappuccino and brought our food out quickly. She checked on us twice and assisted us quickly with additional cappuccino requests and to-go containers. My Husband gave her a hefty tip and based on that experience, I'm sure we'll be back. Great job IHOP Paramount. Keep up the great work.
If I could put 0 stars I would but I had the worst experience ever I ordered for curbside pickup it said pickup 3:37 I arrived 5 minutes before when time came no one came I gave them 5 minutes and nothing I had to get out to get the food and it was already there at the counter so why didn't anyone come out the 2 girls where just standing there talking when we got home the omlete was cold so I warmed it up to make it short my husband was throwing his guts out and I had the runs horrible food called to complain no answer worst food ever
