My friend and I each ordered a Colorado Omelette and a cup of coffee at the IHOP in Emeryville, and our bill came to $50. We hadn’t eaten much and intended to take the food home for later. However, when Sue flipped her omelette over, it looked unappetizing and tasted just as bad—like old rubber. We were very disappointed on multiple levels, and the customer service was mediocre at best—not terrible, but definitely not good.
I hadn’t visited this IHOP in many years. This time, I went because my friend was really craving IHOP food. We both enjoyed our meals, though unfortunately, my omelet didn’t come with toast. Thankfully, my friend kindly shared a slice from her 55+ breakfast. The parking lot is located at the back of the restaurant.
IHOP offers a great breakfast experience, definitely better than Denny's, and the waitress was very friendly. However, my mom was disappointed that the menu didn’t include any hot tea options; she even wished she had brought her own. We enjoyed the limited time $5.00 special, which was a nice deal overall.
I've enjoyed IHOP since childhood, and it continues to impress! The prices are still affordable. However, it would be more accessible for seniors if there were an entrance directly from the parking lot. At the moment, you have to walk around the building to enter, though I see why it’s designed that way. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was underwhelming. The new Girl Scout Thin Mint pancakes were just okay. The eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toppings were not appetizing. I've been to iHop several times and it's always a letdown.
Alma was slow to take my order and didn't know about the mega omelette that's plastered on the door. The other guy seemed to take better care of me than her. Felt kinda ignored. Réservez une table maintenant
