Went here a few weeks ago and had an okay experience. Went back today, to celebrate something special, and was extremely disappointed. Our service was already poor, but what really upset me were the multiple rude interactions with Hollie, who wasn’t even our server. This person is incredibly insensitive and ruined our time there. She went out of her way to yell at my special needs child who was already upset. We were out of the way, not making noise, while I was calming him. She came and responded with ugly behavior, to which there is little excuse. If we were in the way, a simple conversation could have let me know. Instead she screamed very rudely and then shoved me later when I passed her...
The worst breakfast in years actually disgusting. The eggs were cold and runny , I requested over medium . The pancakes was a new item in the menu , nothing to do with the picture , picture in menu shows dripples of dulce leche. My small b&b plate was flooded with this fake gooie brown stuff which went underneath the plate. They only provide 1 napkins with flatware and super cheap quality . The place was packed had to wait with the worst obesity crowd I have seen. I told the waitress nice lady this place is a nightmare and the food goes with it. Last time I was in a IHOP was 2011 in Miami don't recall such bad quality and experience. For sure it was my last never again.
