Very impressed with the staff, management, and food quality. Went on a Saturday am and it was bustling. However, we were promptly seated. Food came out quickly and was on par with other IHOP restaurants. I was especially impressed by the management staff. The GM was touching tables and other managers were helping to clear tables and sweep as they should when a restaurant is busy. Such a refreshing site to see that some folks are still dedicated. Almost lost hope for Woodbridge restaurants where I routinely see management consistently gossiping with staff, not paying attention to customers or food quality. Yes, it's apparent which places this occurs. Tha k you IHOP!
We had a great experience at IHOP while we were in town for a Summer Solstice Circle event. It was my first time visiting this location, and I found it to be clean and welcoming, with a friendly server. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelet, but unfortunately, they were out of mushrooms.
One of the few places where you can always count on getting perfectly cooked eggs (over medium was spot on) and the crepes are unbeatable! The bacon was a bit chewy, but that's probably due to the food cooling during delivery - other than that, the meals were perfect.

The chicken and waffles were excellent. They provided plenty of condiments but forgot to include utensils. The delivery driver was kind and called when he arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Our food was delicious. We had an issue with DoorDash and they were taking forever. Ihop recooked our food so it would be hot when we got it. Top tier customer service and the food was just perfect.
Eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, as I requested, the hash browns were crispy and delicious, the grits were as grits,in my opinion, should be. The bacon wasnt crispy enough.
The hash browns were delicious. I was disappointed that there weren't any strawberries on my New York cheesecake pancakes, but overall the taste was still great.

I went with a group of elderly friends, and I had a great time in the party room. I appreciated the easy-to-read menu, and the staff were fantastic!
The initial seating process is quite disappointing, especially if you're not of Latin descent. It seems there's a noticeable bias.
