We ended our Christmas holiday and found this IHOP. So glad we did. Our food was amazing and after a slight big mix on our order, our server did not just come out to apologize, so did the boss. Our host, Miss. Iyesha was so welcoming and helpful for us as well as their teammates to offer us a first-class customer service experience. Thank you to Chef Deon and Miss. Brianna for a great example of great customer service and great food. The manager should be proud of his staff
Going to a vacation is the worse thing you're overcrowding. And if you remove your order, it will be grounded. Now that holidays like mothers are a mess anyway. When I came back on a random Tuesday. The service was excellent, the food was nice and hot. Everything looked clean and organized. My job was exactly what I wanted.
We came here at 11:00 and had very friendly service and good food. I was so impressed by the taste and tasty of food. I wasn't in IHOP in many years, but I can say they simplified their menu and now have a more diner style vibe. It was a perfect place for a dinner in the late night.
The food was delicious, satisfying and plentiful. We will return on March 1, 2022 to the Pancake Day at the beginning of the Lenten season. If you go, I hope your waitress is Chrissy because she was very professional and polite. She made our meal even more pleasant.
