Our waitress Julie reeked of marijuana. She constantly confused our orders and never gave our party refills. It took her an hour to get our food even though we could see it sitting on the line. She also only had two tables in her section. When she handed us eggs she said here is your turkey melt . Additionally, we got incorrect items in our order and when we got the bill, close to everything was incorrect. Someone in my party ordered a burger that never came until everyone had finished their meal. It also supposedly came with bacon. Below I have attached a picture with the bacon on the burger.
I went here with my kids at night. There was no hostess readily available but we didn't wait at all to be seated. As soon as we walked in I think a waitress walked up to seat us. The service was amazing! Like AMAZING! I mean this guy was on point at all times. He was so sweet helped us navigate through the menu, kept checking on us, got our orders right, everything was warm and yummy. Everyone at the restaurant seemed pleased. Very nice atmosphere. I could tell the staff worked together well and had a team work mentality. So thank you night shift on 9.9.2022 !
it smelled like pee, I just stayed so that not a spoiler, it took a because to us the cutlery there were not many people, but the service was really bad, I only saw the girl when we arrived and left. the food was good, but they didn't feel like eating, even if you could see how human clean I don't know what happened, it seemed like I was in a denys instead of an ihop.
Always get my order right and always tastes great. When I put in an online order, I call to make sure they would cook the bacon on the light side and they always let the cook know and they always get it right. They always have given great service in store and through take out orders.
