Ihop - Réserver une table

The hostess seated five people at a four-person table at this restaurant. While not a major issue, the table was dirty and sticky, with old syrup on it. I brought this to the hostess's attention, and she asked the waitress to clean it up. The waitress was very nice and also offered to bring an extra chair for me to sit on the end. However, when I tried to order loaded hashbrowns, the waitress said the cooks couldn't accommodate my request. This disappointed me, as I had heard that IHOP aims to keep customers happy to avoid negative reviews. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off from returning to this restaurant in the future. I went to this restaurant and ordered breakfast with coffee. The server brought me coffee but forgot to bring any silverware. I had to search for silverware myself because I had nothing to stir my coffee with. I then ordered my food and was told there were no mushrooms, which I would have preferred to know before being seated. I was later informed that there were no potato pancakes available. When I received the check, I paid it using the app. As I was leaving, the server acted as though I was trying to leave without paying, which was not the case. Server was spectacular and working her butt off but the food was just really not good at all and we were seated by another very loud table that encompassed someone shouting every few seconds. My fiancé and I have been to a lot of places together and Ithink we both agreed today that this was our worst experience yet. Giving 3 stars instead of 2 because our waitress was great,not her fault IHOP is going downhill.

I have to say we had the best waitress ever! Safari you are amazing! You were the only one we saw handling pretty much everything and you were on your A game! I hope you get a raise or at least a bonus for your work ethic this Saturday. Thank you for truly caring!

The pancakes and French toast were delicious. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The coffee was decent but nothing extraordinary. The service was quick. In general, this restaurant is fantastic with affordable prices.
