Came for a late lunch. Food and service were good. The atmosphere was a bit dark, almost depressing. I was not happy about the lack of social dispute. We had practically the whole restaurant to ourselves, but when more diners arrived, they sat around us when there was clear enough room to skip a booth! A woman came with 4 small children was put right behind us The children were like a child-in and out of their seats, not wearing masks, standing next to us as we sigh! Otherwise I can say we had a nice lunch.
Whenever we are in the area, we typically have lunch at this restaurant. Our kids love eating here. The staff and customers all follow safety protocols by wearing masks and practicing social distancing. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the staff is friendly. The parking lot was full, so I had to park a block away. Most importantly, the children enjoy their meals and leave full and satisfied.
Delicious food, but after dining here for years, everything has changed. I used to love the variety of syrups on the table, but they are no longer available. The food was still well-prepared and the restaurant was bustling. The complimentary coffee was not up to par and the orange juice seemed watered down. The waitress was attentive and overall, I enjoyed my meal.
This Ihop, like any Ihop on the weekend, is very busy! The food is just as expected from their menu, never disappointing, as it is always properly cooked and hot. A definite plus is the service - we have always had good service when we come here.

Just got off the plane! No waiting, seated, ordered, ate, and enjoyed my food and sister. Were checked on periodically and easy check out. Food was food too.... ALTHOUGH infant's those potato pancakes... ONLY bummer.
Pancakes are to die for!! My husband and I went there around 9:30 and they were no wait time. Our server was very friendly! But every time we went they always forgets to give us utensils.
