I had a wonderfully pleasant dining experience at this particular IHOP location. I went with my two nephews. We were there at around 1:30 pm and the place wasn't crowded. We were seated upon entering and the waitress was very cordial and pleasantly gregarious. She set us up with menus and place settings upon sitting and asked us if we'd like beverages, coffee, or tea and gave us ample time to look through the menus and offered suggestions.We ordered our entrees and she was nice enough to suggest substitutions to certain meal deals to save us money.Looking around the establishment I found that the restaurant was clean and tidy and the bus staff paid attention to detail and cleanliness.The wai...
Two years ago, I rated this restaurant 5 stars, but my experience today was absolutely terrible. My party of two was told there would be a 15-minute wait for a table (it ended up being 35 minutes), which I understand due to short staffing. After finally being seated, we ordered a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Another party of a few people was seated next to us about 10 minutes later, ordering from the lunch menu. Surprisingly, their order was ready before our breakfast of eggs and pancakes. After waiting a total of 65 minutes (35 for a table and 30 for our food that never arrived), we ultimately left without eating.
What a great experience. Michelle was the epitome of a conference and professionalism. The service received was second to none.The food, the portions and the speed of service was beyond awesome. Great job and definitely way to go.If you are visiting Hartsdale in New York you should stop by the IHOP and see Michelle and team. My family and I are completely satisfied and we couldn’t have asked for more.Michelle is a true representation of all of us at our best.
Make sure to bring insect repellent because there are ants all over the place. The chefs seem more focused on chatting and joking around than on cooking, resulting in cold and mediocre food. The manager seemed indifferent to the issues we encountered. The waitress was friendly but appeared a little lost. I'm not sure if there are new owners, but I definitely won't be returning.

This was one of the worst Ihops I been to. There was an argument that broke out between staff members that almost erupted into a physical fight. All this u folded as customers ate their meals and the manager never even came out to apologize. Then a customer involved themselves in the incident further causing issues. I will never go back.
we really liked it. not as busy and clogged as the ihop ten or so minutes away. more classic. Eating was well done and came out without a problem. parking was only on the side. came with a party of four (2 children). I want to come here more than the other restaurant in the busier area.
Nancy was our waitress and she was amazing! She truly sets the bar for friendliness and attentiveness to the customer. Her energy was contagious even though we were all very “hangry”, she made sure we were taken care of and made us laugh while doing it.
First time in here in a long time..Good experience the waitress was amazing. Very patient won't we fumble through the menu.
