i have never had such a bad restaurant experience. the waiter did not know what he was doing. I asked him about 3 times to change my order. He didn?t know the menu items and I had to specifically read the contents of the order to him. Honestly I wouldnever recommend this place to anyone. The drinks were bad. it was literally water.. how do you mess that up?? He brought outsome random order that no one asked for??? The girl was very friendly and helpful after the waiter we had at first. When we camein the restaurant we waited 10 minutes to be seated because no one was there SHOULDVE taken that as a sign to leave
We waited to be seated for over 15 minutes everyone was in the back Service was terrible when seated she went to the back and didn’t come back for a long while to take our orders waited forever for our food that was cold and everyone’s food came out at different times the food was terrible I ordered the cheeseburger with onion rings, and my cheeseburger was completely raw our food was cold and nasty asked for a refill in our soda never received it we waited about 20 mins for the bill to pay will never go back there again food in-service was horrible we all got sick from there food over priced
This is my goto IHOP in the area. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is not overflowing like the other ones nearby. It is a smaller IHOP but the food is still the same and service has always been good when we are patrons. The staff andwaitress are very family and kid friendly. We've had no problems and have been coming here for awhile. We eat and are able togo shopping in the nearby stores after.
The worst IHOP ever. It's a cold day in NYC and the restaurant is not equipped to keep the tables by the door warm. We asked to be moved and they didn't. Although others after we sat were moved. We had to eat fast or the food would get cold. We ordered the Benedicts and potatoes with onions and peppers. The onions and peppers were raw. Utensils dirty. We asked for another set, they were dirty too.

This is the worst restaurant in bayside surprised they are still open McDonalds or Subway should replace it. Terrible food, service and you have to practically go chase down the employee in the kitchen for any service as they just hang out in the kitchen on their cellphones like unprofessional dummies. The server can’t even speak when you ask her a question as if she doesn’t understand anything.
There wasn't really a lot of people at the time we arrived. It was before dinner. My grandson wanted to try a milkshake. I wanted a pattymelt. The waitress is very pleasant and gave us time to choose our food. The food came out in a timely fashion. Wewere very satisfied. We will return.
Everyone at the table,food was cold, and we all didn't receive our food at the same time. when they waitress was told about the food, she apologized and said the food is cold because it was near the vent. Make it make sense.
The order got a little messed up. It was understandable because it was very crowded. The problem was quickly resolved. Only complaint was that the restaurant was cold.

Service and atmosphere were ok but the food wasn't that great. Their hash browns had a strange smell and the pancakes were too dry.
