I had a terrible experience at this IHOP. After being seated, no one came to take my order or even offer coffee or water for 10 minutes. Frustrated, I left and headed to Denny's where I received much better service. I won’t be returning to IHOP; they’ve lost my business for good. By the way, another customer sitting near me also left in frustration. This happened on April 6, 2024, around 11 a.m. There is free parking available.
My takeout order was not ready when I first arrived, so I sat waiting for ~15 minutes when I checked again to see when my order would be ready only to find my order had been bagged and ready getting cold on a counter top while staff had not notified me it was ready. I ordered 2 eggs over easy and was served 2 eggs barely qualifying as Sunnyside up with clearly undercooked egg whites contaminating the majority of a combo.
This restaurant is the worst in service, I don't want to visit it, the service of the waiters is disgusting, apart from the fact that it took forever to take my order and the place is practically empty, there were only 2 families including mine and the food took a while. about 2 hours apart 1 hour of waiting I arrived at 5 in the afternoon and left around 8 at night terrible service I will never return

I received a pretty disappointing side salad—just a bowl of lettuce and two slices of tomato, and that’s it. On top of that, there was barely any ranch dressing in a tiny container. It felt like a joke and definitely a waste of money!
I did not receive all my food and items that I asked for, I placed my order March 16. They said they was going to refund me my money. It’s been a whole two weeks… And they still didn’t refunded me my money
The wait for carryout at this location is excessively long. I’m not sure why it takes so much time, but next time I’ll be ordering from Uber Eats to avoid waiting there.
