Ihop - Réservation de table

This restaurant reminds me of a high school cafeteria, with unprofessional-looking staff who don't even wear hairnets. I had to grab my food from the waiter because I was unsure if he was going to drop it or if I needed to take it from him. The food wasn't hot or even warm. I believe this location should be closed or managed differently because it was a horrible experience and I will never return. This is a perfect example of why fast food chains are not satisfactory.

Food was good. Appreciated their continued safety in spacing of seating and requiring masks. We had chocolate chip pancakes, sausage and eggs, mozzarella stick appetizers. We asked for butter and syrup for oyr pancakes but only got one small plastic to-go container of each even though there were two of us... Honestly our bill was a bit pricey, we should've ordered off the Hippy Hour menu. Overall, good visit though.

I have ordered from this restaurant before, but after today's experience, I am not sure if I will continue to do so. I have never had any issues in the past, but unfortunately, my food was cold this time - not even lukewarm. The fries were cold and mushy, and even the sandwich was cold. Despite being very busy, that is no excuse for serving subpar food. I do not think I will be returning anytime soon.

The food is ok, but the service is terrible. The menus are too expensive and it feels like a rip off. The staff is rude and unpleasant. I do not recommend wasting your time here. The girl at the register was rude and said I had to wait for my server to pay the bill. Our server only came by three times: to take our order, bring our food, and give us the check. That's all. Réservez une table maintenant

Terrible service, overpriced food. Long wait just to get some pancakes. They?re not even that good, not for the price they charged. I don?t recommend this restaurant. Go somewhere else.

Service was good. Food came out fairly quick. Resturant is always clean. No complaints. This is my usual go to place early weekday mornings.

IHOP. It's what you would expect from an IHOP. Good food. Clean restaurant.
