I walked out of this restaurant today because of the poor service. We sat for 20 minutes and our drink order wasn't even taken. Customers who sat behind us were served instantly by the same waitress. I would recommend going to the Ihop in North Dartmouth instead, as they offer much better service. The restaurant was not busy, as we were seated right away by the friendly hostess. There was no justifiable reason for the subpar service we received.
I took my family to eat here and I cannot recommend it! First of all, there was no organized seating system in place. The front desk was unstaffed, we found two hairs in our food, and the manager didn't even apologize. The service took an hour, and we never had any follow-up from our server. This was definitely the worst IHOP I've ever been to, and I won't be returning!
The food was disappointing and served quite cold. My daughter received hardly any eggs, and my bacon dish had very little bacon and no cheese sauce at all. We received our meals before we were given any silverware. The server was pleasant, but we barely saw her; she was in and out so quickly that we didn't have a chance to really engage with her.
