They don’t make the omelets like the other ihop. Super flat and they don’t have different syrups at the table. I asked for the strawberry syrup and they brought 3 small containers of syrup. I will never be back here. I also feel like the lady that sat us was racist cause instead of her sitting us at the clean table by the white people she moved the dirty dishes onto the clean table and sat us by the black family and didn’t even clean the table. NEVER GO TO IHOP ON SIEGEN! I have been waiting an hour for my curbside pickup. Placed the order at 8:30 and they said it would be ready at 9:30. It is 10:30 and I have been sitting at the front desk waiting for someone to show up and do their job since no one came out to us. They are just now bringing out orders and they brought out 5, and none were ours.
Good place nice renovation, but lousy customer service should pay more attention to managers and improve customer service, employees only come to work for their money, not because they really want to work
No greeter at front counter. Waited 5 minutes. Other customers also entered. Left after no one came to seat my group. Location was not busy and with half the tables empty.

Went on a Sunday at 11am and was told a 20 minute wait to be seated and 45 minute wait to get your food. No thanks, went to Jason's Deli.
My entire family were very pleased with the service we received, the waitress was very attractive, friendly and kind!
Food was good, but the waitress took forever with our order. We waited for an hour. And nobody was there. At all!
