I placed an order for pick up via phone on a Saturday. I ordered 3 meals. Two meals were the exact same. I was told 25 minutes before I could pick up. I arrived and was told my food was being packaged. 20 minutes later, still no food. I asked a different person about my order, and he checked and said they are cooking it now. I was confused because I was told 20 minutes earlier that it was being packed up for me. Who I assumed to be the manager came up and asked if I had been helped. I replied yes and no. I told him I placed an order over an hour ago and still had not received my food. He asked if I had paid, and I said not yet. He said he would take 20% off my meal.That was a nice gesture. I...
I understand that when people think of Compton, they may have preconceived notions about the area. However, this IHOP is a solid establishment and I encourage others to give it a try. The customer service has been consistently outstanding and the food is also excellent. They are open 24 hours, so if you find yourself in need of a late-night meal in Compton, I suggest stopping by. They even offer protein pancakes and healthy meal options for those looking for a pre or post-workout meal. The manager at this restaurant is extremely incompetent. There is a promotion where if you buy a $50 gift card, you receive a $5 card as well. However, the manager tried to keep the extra $5 card for himself, claiming that the computer was not working. He then put the $5 coupons to the side for his own benefit.
