Unfortunately, we probably won't be returning to this once treasured spot for dinner and breakfast. We usually order the steak and eggs, and we always request the steak medium to avoid overcooking. However, this time they served us a completely gray T-bone, cooked all the way through with no sear— it looked more steamed than anything else. It was clear that they cooked it on low heat, likely out of a desire to avoid messing it up, but it ended up worse. It seems that many of the familiar staff members have changed, and sadly, there was only one server we recognized. Let's begin with the awful service. I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to greet me. After a long wait, I had to walk into the kitchen area just to get someone's attention. When I finally did, the staff member rudely told me to wait for service. This all happened after I had already waited 10 minutes just to be greeted and seated. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place—you'd probably receive better service from a food truck than you would here.

It’s nice to have a local spot to grab a late night bite to eat when you actually want a table as opposed to drive thru. Believe it or not, it can get a bit crowded during the late night hours and there is only minimal staffing during the late hours. So be sure to plan for a bit slower service.

I visited IHOP for the first time and had an amazing experience. The service was fast—I received my food in just 7 minutes—and the meal was delicious. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, IHOP, for a great job!
Service was great as always, but had a big party ahead of us waited 30 for order. So both drank lots of fluids so when food got to table not as hungry anymore. But food taste great too. So no big deal.
Didnt let me order off the kids menu when i explained i was just not that hungry and would be wasting most of the food if i ordered a full size meal. My girlfriend orders crepes which she enjoyed.

I completely devoured a stack of Blueberry pancakes. The server was incredibly friendly, and I genuinely feel my day improved after dining here.
