Ihop - Réserver une table

My to-go order was cold, missing key items, such as gravy for my chicken fried steak, and when I drove back to have it corrected received another cold order. They were busy, but I managed a restaurant, and would have never allowed my staff to provide such a sub par order when correcting a mistake! If anything, I always tried to rectify the problem with a much improved order?..NOT more cold food evidencing a serious problem with the staff! We are all human, and mistakes aren?t a huge deal, however, when confronted with a direct issue it is tantamount to improving the customer?s experience and NOT hindering it!

The food was great, but there was a lack of service. We sat down next to a family of 16 who came in 20 minutes after us, we had 2 different waiters. They ordered before us because it took our waiter 25 minutes to get around to taking our order. Their waiter prioritized and checked in on them every 5 minutes. When she was walking near us when we needed service, she would purposely look around the room and ignore us. The food ended up coming out fast, but when it was time for the check, it took 30 minutes to get her attention. Then we, (2 people) ended up leaving 5-10 minutes after the family of 16.

Their hours are completely wrong. They are not open until 10pm. We arrived at 8:30 pm on Friday evening on 11-4-22 and the doors were locked. We were told by a family member that it was packed at 7:30 pm. They were eating there and told us to come down. We drove all the way from Washoe valley. Our 10 year old was so sad. She was looking forward to iHop.

The waitress was racist and very rude. I only asked to substitute meats and she stated ?the next time you come back, I can?t do it?. They got our order wrong twice, so focused on our color. Never will return.

Stopped in with my mother in law for brunch. I had the bacon omelet and she had the raspberry lemon crepes. Both were good, the service was great and it was not too busy.
