IHOP - Réservation de table

If the food, service, and atmosphere are 5-Stars why did I give it 4-Stars overall? Price. The food in this photo cost me $30 +TIP (the server was great) and mine was the $5 All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes (to which I added two eggs and bacon). Sorry. The bill was outrageous for the amount of food.

Excellent customer service throughout. I appreciate how I was greeted when entering and also when leaving. You don’t see much of this kind of service nowadays. Exterior and interior is clean, new, and comfortable. Waffles were fluffy and delicious.

Just an overall waste of your time can't get even the most basic of orders correct, didn't even get gravy with my biscuits and gravy, would recommend dumpster diving before this restaurant.

Fast basic American food. I did not eat myself but my kids did. Smile pancake. They loved it. This is their top restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Waitress was very sweet to my babes. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was nice but maybe 1-2 vegan options including toast, fruit, hashbrown and sausage patties. Not very vegan oriented/friendly. The waitress was nice but busy.

Food was good but they don't give enough fries and don't fully cook the bacon. The waitress was rushing me to make a decision on what I wanted to get.

Good food. Compared to other ihop i've been, this one is more modern. The staff were friendly. Good location and they have parking on-site as well.

The best pancake in Michigan. Love that Store decoration is awesome. Staff behavior is so friendly.

Food was great. Service was great. But was not the cleanest. Not bad, but definitely noticeable.
