I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When I arrived the were 2 other people waiting. One of the cons came out and said someone would be right with us. Little did we know that we had to wait for the hostess to finish her phone call. The contold her there were people waiting. She took her time coming over to help us. By this time there were more people waiting inline. I was told my order was not ready even though I had received a message stating that it was ready. Kiki gave everyoneelse their order. I inquired again and said all I had was a salad. She said, its not ready. The cook indicated that it was. She said it's not here. He pointed to my salad. She took her time getting it. I...
My family visited this restaurant and had a negative customer service experience when we first arrived. The short lady manager did not greet us properly, our food was burnt, and there was water dripping on our table from the roof. No one checked on us until Mr. Patrick, another manager, arrived and resolved all issues promptly. He was knowledgeable and attentive, turning our experience around. I applaud his efforts and give him all the credit for our positive experience. The management and customer service at this location need to be reevaluated and improved through training.
The table was sticky and had a strange smell, as if they used old, dirty water to clean it. The food was terrible! I ordered French toast with whipped cream and strawberries, but what I received was French toast completely drenched in strawberry syrup. When I mentioned to the waiter that this was not what I had asked for, she simply said "oh sorry" and did nothing to fix the mistake. I was too frustrated to speak to a manager, so I just left. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality at a chain restaurant like this one. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
The workers there seemed to be confused We waited for 1 hr to be waited on, then came to tell us after we had been seated the system was down. Last time, approximately 2 yrs ago had the same problem, but this time I was too Frustrated and justleft. Then during the visit last time the Food came out Cold. Management needs to assist in improving their worker's customerservice skills. I assisted in running a Business and my management enforced this to keep the customers returning. Thank You

Food was 30 minutes late…. Order was incomplete, I don’t even know if they know how to look up orders. There was one table when I got there and multiple people waiting for to-go orders. One lady they hadn’t even started her order. Took way too long to even greet people. Of course food was cold by the time I got to my hotel (Quality Inn right behind IhOp)
This spot is always busy. I order the Veggie Omelette each visit and it is always tasty. Service is okay, area is okay. Portion is good for price. Food is always warm and fresh. I suggest ordering before arriving if you are grabbing takeout to avoid the long wait.
So I use to come here alot with my family went yesterday with my siblings once we got our food our server never came back over waited 20 still nothing I have to go ask for my check and to go boxes mind you it wasn't even busy
My friends and I went to IHOP on Halloween. I tried the pumpkin spice pancakes and they were delicious, not too sweet. My friends enjoyed the mummy burritos. The service was great.

Service was excellent, food great, but atmosphere wasn’t that good because the present people that day too crowed for a small place and tables are too close each other.
I'm a fat guy at heart but in a Lil guy body so that means I love to eat so I had the taste for something good ihop hit the spot
