I had a friend of mine who just wanted to spend some time with their family on a beautiful Sunday morning so they decided to go to this IHOP location. instead of getting this quality family time, they were told that it would wait an hour until a table that they were told that it would only take about half an hour. they received no courtesy to update them to the situation. they only found out that the situation was because my friend had to go back to the restaurant as she did not receive an update. When she went back to the restaurant, they told her that it would wait an hour. it is very disastrous for a person time, not with a courtesy request, to be updated to the current waiting situation...
Went for brunch with family, to start off the place was almost empty which I didn’t mind at all.the staff that waits at the front to seat you there were 2 girls who seems to think that their conversation was soooo important that they walked away to the side to finish talking while we just waited there, knowing damn well we were there! Secondly the waitress we had was a little snobby, I don’t know if she just had RBF, but that didn’t fly to well, I don’t like coming to a family restaurant just to have the waitress be rude because of a day she’s having! Lastly she brought watered down drinks and utensils that’s weren’t even clean let alone wrapped, put her hands all over the utensils as if I w...
Just finished our breakfast and we all had different combos. Everything was very tasty and we enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is when we picked up food, plastic bags were double knotted. We wanted to check our food before we left (just in case there were a mistake, we can find it there, have it fixed instead of realizing it at home and having to drive back to IHOP It was a little time consuming and we were worried our food would get cold since we still had to drive home. We ended up ripping one of the bags since knot was so tight. I think paper bags would be better or at least when there are many items like we had. There goes my 2 cents
this restaurant has really good cooks and a few good waiters but they always make them wait for her to eat when it is picked up. I had ordered food and it was set for a certain time. I came to the time when the email said it was ready, but they didn't have it ready. I called and they said it was another 15 because they were stopped. I called again about 25 min total waiting time) and they told me they would take at least one hour! I was so annoying because I had made the order in time and got several times again and again. I canceled my order and went. I would probably find another location to order from now on. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff and employees are awesome and the food is exquisite. The atmosphere is great ? and the prices are very nice. Go there and renew your previous experience and remind yourself how great these restaurants ? are again. Take the family and relatives and impress them with your wise judgment and refresh your intimate friendship and personal family relationship and fellowship. Then you will enjoy seeing their commercials upon your TV again.
We went in there today around 4pm , the restaurant was practically empty they only had one table busy, they just sat us at a table and never came back or bother to take our drinks or food order, the employees were just there talking , We ended up leaving because no one ever came.. they saw we were leaving and did not say a word.. if they didn't feel like working then they should of had stayed home.
order pickup. waited 20 minutes Kurbside, had to go in and tell them I was waiting. my job was not ready yet. Once they gave me the bag, I left. noticed they forgot my hathbrowns. wing back and had to wait another 10 minutes for hashbrowns. they gave me a little hathbrowns who were understated. the rest of the meal was cold and inconspicuous when I came home. I'm not coming back.
the service is very bad. they let us wait two hours to get our breakfast. when the restaurant was literally almost empty. lees as 20 people. the restaurant is not clean and the waitress jade took too much time to give us only our drinks and the coffee was cold. I really do not recommend this place. we never come back here again. Réservez une table maintenant
This picture was from 2019 B4 Covid 19, In 2021 We were eating outside at the tables the had set up .You know Covid19 ,Spreads 1000 Times faster inside. Only Idiot's eat indoors. Do people thing it goes away because they R there ? We use to sit outdoors. Then fall came and the Management said there permit was up ?
