Okay, so completely and totally biased that he's coming. this is my absolute favorite for the breakfast in the usa, simply love her pancakes, like my son and now his girlfriend on her first US visit. we had breakfast here at least 5 times in a 9-day stay. we also have the ihop near the stratosphere, better environment, but not as good for food and service like this. massive selection of food in the offer. my only handle, probably covid related, I didn't get the coffee pot here, so had to wait for my fillings. great staff, good start in the day. absolutely recommended.
we live in ak and are used for our ihop in wasilla, but this ihop falls under this compliment. the prices were much higher than alaska, which was a shock. then they are extremely stingy with their pancake toppings. they brought our 4 years old a boiling hot cup kakao and did not let us know that they had to be cooled when they placed it before them. they gave me a toast without butter or jelly. I could go on, but I have to say that it was all disappointing.
good food and service, but no care for their safety. they know they have a problem with car breaks and are not to worry about. the manager says there's a lot happening. it should be monitored, but somehow nothing is seen. wide daylight, right in front as you move, 11:20 o'clock and they saw nothing.
Absolutely amazing on every level. No matter how busy they are, they seat you quickly, the service is incredibly friendly and fast, and the food blew my mind. We don’t have pancakes like these in Britain—we definitely need an IHOP!

Good food but in my opinion overpriced. We wont come back.For the restrooms you get 1 star. This is not where you want to go!And the smell in your clothes after the dinner is a NOGO. You will smell like a bath in oil. UGH!!!!
Thank you to the hostess for seating me promptly, otherwise I would have had to wait to order my meal! The service provided by Milen L. was poor and hardly noticed. Finally, my food arrived but it was not what I had ordered.
The staff friendly and helpful. Angel J was our server and he did a special order of a gluten friendly waffle with berries and cream. It was delicious. I will be back. Thank you Angel and the cooks for making my day.
It was alright. We were looking for a place to have breakfast after our flight and ended up here. The food was decent, but our server appeared annoyed with our group. We were left wondering why they bothered asking.

I would visit every day if I could!!! Clearly Covid has impacted some of the experience, still bottomless coffee, but you don't get the pit anymore, refillable cup. Still love it for breakfast.
