Service was slow. My server acted like she had an attitude. The food was good when I finally got it however it wasn't placed in front of me. My lipstick stained coffee cup was slammed down on the table away from me before my food was served. When I finallygot my servers attention to ask for another cup she rolled her eyes and took her time bringing me another cup. First there was a foul odor when you walk in. Then I noticed how filthy the staff members uniforms were. The floors were sticky and there was a weird vibe in the atmosphere. I could hear the sounds of what sounded like arguing coming from the kitchen. Thewaitress spilled drinks on a family at another table nearby (including their baby). I couldn?t believe what I was seeing! Aftergoing to the bathroom to clean up all the soft drinks that spilled on them, the customers left. I don?t blame them. I LOVE this particular restaurant. The location is nice, the staff is WONDERFUL the food is edible. Why anyone would post a negative remark is beyond me. If I had an issue with the food or staff which I have never had a bad experience, should giveconcerns to the manager to make issues better. Why can't we as people be polite to a business or to each other. I encountered aFANTASTIC waiter on 7/18/22 who provided me with exceptional service. His name is Samir. Staff was really friendly, it took a little longer for my friend and I to get seated and then waited on but when we did our food was out to us hot and ready after a couple mins. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the extra time it took, Iwould definitely go again when I'm in the area.

This was my third attempt to eat here. It was clean. Our waitress very unprofessional the staff walks around looking angry. Very long wait for the food. However they are under new management The new manager was sweet. May try again. My husband liked hisfood. I lost my appetite.
I absolutely love how perfectly my food was prepared! It was also packaged very well. I'm a huge fan of IHOP and have been ordering from this location for years. I've visited other IHOPs in Philadelphia, but the one on Walnut Street is definitely the best!
Make sure to request an additional syrup caddy since they're quite small. Although the food could be served a little hotter, I highly recommend the chicken pancakes!
The delivery fee is quite excessive for this location, but I must say the omelette was delicious and the packaging was very well done.
