When you walk in there's a sign indicating they are short staffed and apologize for the inconvenience if you experience a delay during your visit ..I don't mind that and yes we did experience the lack of quick attention...food took a while. Our waitress was extremely nice but busy .I had to hunt down the syrup and ketchup. But thie most disappointing part was the food. The French fries were little pieces like you end up with when your bag of frozen is just about empty. The sausage tasted a bit aged. The grilled chicken was ok but the rice medley didn't look very appetizing and the flavor was as unappetizing as it looked. Thankfully the pancakes were good. I have never had this poor experienc...
if they are white or Hispanic, not go here! New Year's Day. I don't understand that many employees are on the clock. I am very patient. but two other parties went after me. they sat before me. a group of 2, then a group of 3. that was only my 2 children (they are young and very young) and I myself. 3 people. completely ignored because I am white (also hispanic) and my children are Hispanic. A pity if this is mixed against hispanic and African Americans. smh. pity on you ihop! their employees will drive all hispanic, which is a high majority of the neighboring away from this business. reverse racism is real!
I did not like the experience here. I had to wait way too long to order and get my food ...that wasn't as described, the avocado on my Spicy Poblano omelette was completely black and it wasn't spicyat all. Then wait more to get the check then wait extra extra more time to get the transaction charged and get card back. Staff was friendly thus why they get a 2 star.
that was the worst experience I ever had with ihop! I don't have time for you. the responsible worst service with the food worst experience. if they want to look at the thing, they have the EvEN OR and they have 6.99 for an OR jury with no. as I have the worst sed. they have to batch me almost 200 mice for 3 breakfast sampler n 2 apple juice.

The restaurant has shown improvement. The food was exceptional. Thank you Angie! When the management hires talented staff, customers like myself take notice and always return. It's clear that the management at this restaurant is attentive and receptive.
30 minutes wait and there is only 3 people in the restaurant but greeter’s on the phone and talking to all their employees friends and no one wants to work worst place ever will never come to this place ever again so unprofessional
there was a rat running next to our table the couple also next to us saw it we let the manager know about the situation please the health department has to review the situation look in the cameras !
Disgusting!! My 10 year old can cook better than this! Burnt pancakes that don’t even taste like Ihope pancakes and I ordered fries in which they only gave me 10 fries. Stay away from this place!

Paterson IHOP has an amazing vegetarian menu (if you request it) one of the chefs is plant based and she will create it for you.
