Food was cold and after I complained the waitress Marcella said I spoke to my manager Christina and she said she won't charge you for the lobster. I NEVER GOT IT! How are you gonna charge me for something I NEVER RECEIVED! I've been here a few times this year and this was by far the WORST experience! My son ordered loaded fries and never got them! On top of me not getting the lobster tail I ordered my sweet potato was ice cold and the corn was cold and inedible! Definitely time for new management!

We waited 20 minutes for a server! Place was dead, two rolling silver. Hostess/manager had no idea we were waiting so long. Food and atmosphere as expected at IHOP. I recently had breakfast at this restaurant and I highly recommend it. The price per person was between $10-$20 and the food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. I have a special fondness for IHOP. I enjoyed going there as a child and I still enjoy it as an adult. Their waffles are so fluffy and delicious! The service is always excellent, no complaints there.
