I just left IHOPin Livonia. The food was ok i literally got rained on in the booth as my family and I ate dinner. I staff acted as it was not big deal no one asked if i needed a towel just did the food get wet. The Manager on staff didnt want to give me her name but finally said Angela M. She was none caring as if i poured the water from the roof onto myself. The waitstaff said oh just find somewhere else to sit as my family and i fled the booth. I will never visit your restaurant again mot because of the leaky roof but because of treatment i received. I will also be filing a complaint with the district or HQ.
very disappointed in this ihop this was my favorite place to get breakfast, I especially loved the drench mother and chalk pancake. but when I found out that they took them out of the menu and would not be available anymore, I just stayed there. I don't know if all ihops stop serving them because as I said, this place was my favorite hop from all the others I was and I was too many. I'm so sorry that something has taken away so well and replaced it with protein pancakes. not everyone wants protein pancakes I believe that if something does not break, then don’t fix it! period! I am so!
waited one because to get water. the coffee pot tasted like dirty water. I've heard that the manager who screams at the staff lets the food sit here long when I get my food. we had to go to our server to get the leak because he sat on his handy. we didn't complain because everyone was tense and gave him a tip. but will not go back
10 minutes after sitting and the waiter served all the others, but I couldn't even get our drinks so we can start. we totally ignored each other. he went back and forth and checked the other tables, maybe we were of the wrong class for his taste. but I will never return to this ihop again.
