We stopped at this IHOP on our way back from Virginia. Wanted a sit down meal instead of fast food in the car. They were definitely understaffed. But they seated us quickly. Our waitress was amazing. Obviously doing the job of 2-3 waitresses. But so friendly! Always a smile! And spot on with anticipating our every need. Now the food; my gluten free pancakes wereamazing! Food was hot. Very tasty. Coffee wasn't so hot, or tasty but that really was my only food complaint. The bathroomsneeded a little TLC. Being very understaffed, I can see why there was neglect, but still a necessity that must be addressedevery shift. All in all a great experience that made our morning a good start, and helped...
First off, JESUS CHRIST. It's not shocking to see why ihops across the country are struggling. I'm not sure what's going on here but I dined in around 7am and the server was rude and not attentive in the least. The service was God awful. The gentlemanmumbled the entire time and had to substitute most of my items. I ordered something and the order ended up coming out as adifferent version of it, I didn't say anything because he wandered off so quickly. The place was empty until about 730 and evenstill I never got a refill of my drink and didn't even get a check until I returned from the restroom. All in all its easy tosee why the place has went down hill so bad
Really good dinning experience. Seating could've been quicker which is why the 4star was given. Many places are short staffed these days and unfortunately it's customers who feel it also. Otherwise once we were seated the service was friendly and fast.Food came out hot and well presented. And everything came out correctly. Even a simple reordered crispy bacon request wasquickly handled. I'd definitely return to this particular IHOP location again for breakfast or brunch.
Food was not hot and was very dry. The wait was long even though we were there at 11ish PM. The ceiling has mold and mildew and I couldn't imgine what the kitchen looks like. I will never eat there again. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

All-you-can-eat pancakes was just amazing. We also had a strawberry milkshake, Belgian Waffle, Mega Monster Cheeseburger, and Hickory-Smoked Bacon Strips. Everything was delicious and great portion size. I just hope our server Serena can be moreattentive. I did tip 15% though.
Ihop previously was a go to for a good cheap breakfast, not any more! Way over priced for what you get! $50 is to much for two breakfast meals with coffees. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30
Don?t go here unless you want to find a bug in your food. Ordered an omelette to go and found a bug cooked in my omelette on the last few bites. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would.
