I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I waited 30 minutes for my food, and the place was not busy at all. One of the staff members, a Hispanic lady (I didn’t catch her name), was quite rude when she tried to explain something to me; she shouldn't be in customer service. I've always enjoyed my visits to this IHOP, but this time was really disappointing. It felt like they didn't care about us at all. I definitely won't be returning until IHOP provides proper training for their servers on how to treat customers!
