Everything was great. I loved the food. But my issue was the person who served us. We managed to give her a tip but she was so rude when we gave her that. I don’t know whether she was expecting a 1000 dollar tip for her service.Luz that wasn’t nice of you. You were rude when we gave you a tip. It was so embarrassing I don’t think we will ever give anyone a tip over there. Moreover it wasn’t even mandatory.
They messes up my order first time and I let it slip by. Second time today and same issue. Whoever answers the phone needs to pay more attention. I asked for money back, I hope it goes to my account in reasonable time. Not coming back here. Not even an apology from the server that claims he was the manager, like give me a break seriously. Terrible service.
The Classic Cheeseburger had hardly any cheese in it. The meat had good flavor and had that ground steak chew to it. But the lettuce was Leaf lettuce and doesn't work. The classic Iceberg lettuce would have been a better fit. The bun looked fancy but was dry and detracted from the burger instead of complimenting it.
