The service was extremely quick. The restaurant was almost empty, but that didn’t detract from the experience. The waiter was attentive and friendly. However, the standout aspect of the visit was the food, which was absolutely delicious. I had always assumed that IHOP only offered pancakes and breakfast items, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also serve burgers – and quite good ones at that! Overall, I was quite impressed. The only downside was the location; while it’s not the restaurant’s fault, the area didn’t feel very safe, especially with an elderly woman acting erratically at a nearby bus stop.

I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. Whether you're dining in or using DoorDash, they simply do not prioritize your order. I experienced consistent mistakes; I requested one meal but received three steak tip platters and a 2x2x2 instead. While my situation is frustrating, I can only imagine how disheartened a mother would feel if she ordered food for her children and received the wrong items. The staff seems more focused on their own needs and causing unnecessary drama than on delivering orders accurately and promptly. Save yourself the time and money—avoid this place!

Review: Good things Pancakes are delicious. Eggs are okay. • I asked for over easy. they gave me an over easy medium. Review: Bad The Country Fried Steak (excluding eggs and pancakes) •Dry • Salty • Texture is rubbery • Burnt on the outside it felt as tho the steak is old and has been microwaved. (2 star) because the eggs and pancakes are okay.

I want to give a big shoutout to the chef today! Usually, my meals are just mediocre, but today everything was outstanding and full of flavor! The steak tips were cooked perfectly—well done but still tender and juicy. The pancakes and French toast were light and golden brown. I’m really pleased with my order! Réservez une table maintenant

My friends and I came here to eat and we were pleasantly surprised. The food arrived in a timely manner and our waiter was super friendly and helpful (I think his name was Melvin) The food was hit and ready and very tasty as well. It was and overall great experience. I would come here again.

I had a positive experience despite the restaurant training new staff. Our waiter, Mr. D, was really nice and had a great smile. Our order came out correctly, and the food was served hot. The crepes I had were delicious. Also, the pancakes are quite good too!

The location is clean, and the staff is attentive, although they seem to be under-staffed. Despite this, the service remains excellent, even on Pancake Day.
