A big shoutout to Licette for her amazing service today! I rented a wheelchair, and she was fantastic. As a young person, I often receive strange looks when I need to use a wheelchair, even though I manage just fine with a cane in IKEA. Licette kindly stored my cane in the stockroom while I used the wheelchair, and then she escorted me to the parking lot so I could wheel down instead of walking with my cane. She even pointed out the elevators. The service was truly exceptional, and the store is very accessible! Great job, IKEA!
The staff was fantastic today! I visited alone and pretty pregnant, but they were more than willing to help me load furniture onto my trolley and pointed me to the loading zone when I got lost in the parking lot. They even helped me load up my car—I didn't have to lift a finger! Everyone from the help desk to the tellers, trolley staff, and porters was great. My only complaint is that there was just too much amazing stuff to buy; my wallet definitely took a hit today!
I really enjoy visiting Ikea! It's always a fun experience and a fantastic place to catch up with friends. Plus, you can grab a cheap snack while you're there. The home goods are wonderful, and I always manage to find a great bargain. I love strolling through the store!
