we like to drive and often to IKEA my wife likes to buy there and enjoys shopping there so far I have always been with and everything was fine. We have ordered and paid online, my wife only needed the packages to pick up 3 shelves. insg. Material packages of more than 50 KG. Service and helpfulness are no longer available at IKEA, because we are there for you!! My wife is a petty person and also over 60 J.. In the issue of goods, they did not help her. Staff for this, they even had to advise my wife's wickedness, they should ask other customers if they can help her. Very friendly, great service, so fast and often IKEA will not see us again for such an underground service sin 2 stars even too...

Bad. Exchange of 4 Billy Boards not possible because Kassenbon lost. According to Hotline, exchange into a different size is possible if no payment is required. I didn't want to do that, just the right size. Would be undamaged and original packed. Unfair and absolutely unculant! I gave it to the house now that I didn't want to dispose of it. That's why they thanked Sarkasmus-Triefing, so Hohn was upstairs. The argument was that I could steal the boards in the Self-Scannerkasse. Honestly, that's too much. Almost like a guilt.

Was shopping today, put the car in front of the door, wanted to go back to the toilet, then comes a young man, screaming hello. I didn't feel addressed. Then he pushes himself into the area where I go, the door stops, I almost break. He tells me, come on, take the car away. I'm answering: I have to go to the bathroom. He's coming, taking cars away. He says I'll wait here. I'm coming back, he's still there if he took the car, or what's that man paying for? Very unfriendly, I felt like a heavy criminal.

Too bad, a rotten apple breaks the whole experience. Sabine G. a reddish cofziger with curvy hair, has not yet heard of deescalation and good feeling. There are people who simply do not belong to customer contact anymore, I understand it at the age and the more the day as the ignition cable is already shorter the concentration and focus on other things. You can't be so stressed at age. But don't let the customer. A use of the customers is certainly possible.
