Il Caminetto - Réserver une table

Ok, first of all I've seen lots of mixed reviews with regards to this restaurant, it's not somewhere to go for fine dining but I for good value pizza and pasta and middle of the road dining it's one of the best. We've been several times over the years and as a family of 3 always enjoy really good food and drink at a really good price. Last night we all had a pizza each, shared a desert and ordered a litre of the house red wine, all was really good and total cost €55, the tables are laid out so that large groups can be seated and for smaller groups they separate the seating.

We stopped for a late lunch to escape from the beautiful heavy snow. Husband had vegetable soup to start which was fine then we both had pizzas. Both were massive - mine was vegetarian. On the plus side lovely thin crispy base, but not much variety of veg, and oddly it had pieces of potato which I found a strange addition. Husband's pizza came with anchovies which he enjoyed. The hostess was very friendly, the log fire was roaring so very conducive to a pleasant lunch. Prices were pretty reasonable too.

Étonnant de voir que des critiques trouve un bon accueil car je n'ai jamais vu autant de non chalance envers les clients. Pas de sourire, les soupires de la patronne accueille les clients... Comme si les gens arrivaient à pas d'heure, sauf qu'il était 20h45.... Impressionnant pourtant correct côté cuisine, mais on a fuit avant le dessert vu l'ambiance du resto

We ate a pizza just arrived. It's all right. There are better.. . However friendly staff and very attentive to every request and prices contained.

Pizza très copieuses et pâtes bien cuisinées. Accueil souriant et sympathique. Personnel présent mais non envahissant. Arrivée des plats rapide.
