If you are doing business anywhere on Eselsberg, in the Science Parks or at the University of Ulm, this is definately your best choice. Way better than most of the restaurants downtown with no park problems. The price is right, the food is served with...fresh, hot bread, great choice of Italian wines, service and atmosphere both excellent.

We went through Austria and spontaneously searched for a place. We were glad to have landed in Il Giardino. The service was friendly, the food was excellent and in warm weather you can sit well outside. We'll probably go there on our next trip.

Stayed in Ulm for a single night needed a quick dinner. Spaghetti Bolognese was perfect al dente, thanks! Hawaii pizza was also great. A good surprise at this little place. Would go there again.

Very delicious pizza and friendly service. We got spontaneous space and as friendliness of the house there was another grappa. We were very happy.
