Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet. Man schmeckt es! Man sieht es! Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist überragend. Wirklich! Noch nie wurde ich so freundlich bedient wie in diesem Restaurant, in Meckenheim. Die Getränke waren natürlich auch sehr lecker(hatten verschiedene Cocktails) Der Standort ist wirklich so schön gelegen mi tollem Ambiente, in der Altstadt von Meckenheim. Meine Familie und ich waren sehr begeistert. Wir wir würden am liebsten 10 Sterne geben und empfehlen das Restaurant von ganzem Herzen und werden natürlich mit Freuden, dort wieder schöne Stunden verbringen.
Das Gute zuerst. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend und nett. Sogar italienischer Flair kam auf. Das frische Tiramisu war echt spitze. Das war es aber auch schon. Covid-19 Kontrolle mangelhaft. Ich hätte auch mit einem Foto auf dem Händy hereinspaziert sein können. Zum Glück war es nicht zu voll. Cocktail nicht verfügbar, weil eine simple Zutat fehlte. Das Essen war ok. Lag aber noch lange im Magen. Einrichtung ok aber in die Jahre gekommen.
The service has earned full 5 stars, which cannot claim many restaurants by itself. But the food was kind of disappointing. The noodles tasted nothing. Without sauce you can think it's cardboard. The olives tasted diluted, pizza was also not convincing. I'll figure out the food was better here earlier. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the prices. This has to be improved (qualitative).
Leider hat der Besitzer gewechselt und die gewohnt exzellente Küche und der hervorragende Service hat darunter gelitten. Das Essen war kalt, es kam immer mal ein Gericht und ein Hauptgericht kam gar nicht. Geschmacklich sind wir auch anders gewohnt. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit weitere Getränke zu bestellen, weil schlichtweg der Service nicht greifbar war. Schade.

Sloping towards the church on the main road lies the il Mattone, inside it is welcoming and cozy. The fire burns in the oven. Pizza Pasta and salad were all very delicious. The service was excellent and we like to come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
